Ethical Aspects: We care about you. The ethics of our company prompted us to take full responsibility for our organic projects.Responsibility and sustainability form the basis of our company.

Social Aspects – Environment: Our projects are located high up in remote valleys. We work with a large number of farmers. Besides the people who work with us in our factory we are as such responsible for hundreds of families. With controlled organic farming we contribute to the total environment.

Transparency: We offer you 100% transparency from own production facility all the way back to our projects and farmers. Ariza can bring farmers and consumers back into contact again.

Traceability: First quality; then organic. Prior to arriving at production facility the raw material is properly checked, washed and cleaned. The incoming apples are registered and always related to specific batch numbers.

Product Safety: In 1998 we built a new plant under the company name Arisu. By investing in our own production, our own people and our own projects we can guarantee a high level of product safety. During the season 250 tonnes of fruit is converted into juice concentrate every day.

Product Control: We work with the most modern equipment which includes a ceramic ultra filtration system. A high vacuum in the production line reduces the use of high temperatures.

Product Quality: Good quality people are the basis of a good quality system. A laboratory is in existence. Besides HACCP, we are working on BRC certification and EUREP-GAP standards will be implemented.

Product Availability: All the year round we hold a few thousand tonnes of IQF fruit, juices, purees and concentrates in stock. By blending different components together we can also supply tailor-made products.
